Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, or removed from their packaging. Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return.

Postage costs for cancellations or returns are not covered by us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange for an exchange, credit note, or a refund of your payment (excluding the initial shipping costs). You’ll receive an email confirmation once this process is complete.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you promptly.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
