As a small business, we believe in doing our best to help where we can. Why do we donate to the Cairns turtle rehab centre? Well, we grew up just north of Cairns and had the privilege to explore The Great Barrier Reef, where we fell in love with watching the turtles. Recently, when we took our son back home to Cairns, we were saddened to see that the reef wasn’t what it used to be. We realized that we may not be able to offer our son the same experiences we once had. It’s truly alarming how much things can change in just a few years. That’s when we decided to visit Fitzroy Island, where the Cairns rehab centre is located, and went snorkeling off the beach. It was there that my son got to see a turtle in the wild for the first time, and it made us even more determined to do our part, no matter how small it may be. Our kids deserve to experience the beauty of nature just as we did.

"How do I swaddle?"
1 Start by folding the top edge of your McMini's swaddle down, creating a fold that is approximately 20 cm in length. Position your baby so that their shoulders align with this fold.
2 Place one of your baby's hands underneath the fold.
3 Take the edge of the wrap and bring it across your baby's body, tucking it underneath their legs.
4 Now, place the other hand underneath the fold.
5 Bring the remaining edge of the wrap across your baby's body and tuck it in securely behind their back.
6 With the excess length, fold it up and tuck it under your baby's legs. It's important to wrap firmly, but ensure that the wrap is not too tight, allowing your baby to stretch out their legs comfortably.
